Pendants

My designs are inspired and drawn from nature, Art Deco and Art Nouveau, Native American art, among others. I also enjoy creating custom designs at clients' requests. The dichroic glass pendants have multiple layers of different colored glass, which are then etched to create the designs. Some pendants have as many as six layers of glass. The "frit" pendants are fired multiple times to create landscapes, using a painterly effect. Many of these landscapes also have glass elements (such as tree branches) that are created with glass rods and a torch. I use silver findings and chains on many of the pieces, along with leather, rayon or swede cords. (If you would like a different type of chain/cord on your pendant, please contact me and I can fill your order to your specifications. There maybe an additional charge, depending on the type of chain/cord.) I use a variety of glass for my pendants, including dichroic glass and powdered glass called "frit". Each pendant is individually created, so please allow for variations.
